Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Sales for Telecom position located in Bengaluru. The Pre Sales professional will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, demonstrating the capabilities of our speech AI platform, providing consultancy to prospects, and managing customer relationships during the pre sales journey. This role involves working closely with the sales team to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to understand complex business use cases
• *Must - Experience in Technology Poroduct Presales, minimum of 2 years
• With an overall experience in Presales of 3-4 years
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in Technology sales in the Telecom industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
