Understanding the various projects to be able to provide clear explanations to the clients.

Generating higher walk-ins from all types of leads.

Cross-using leads for various projects.

Handling escalated customer queries, concerns, suggestions, feedback, etc and managing their expectations.

Preparing dashboards, updating all necessary systems, trackers, and customer history details for seamless management at all times.

Always Offering the best possible customer delight by way of exhibiting best qualities like listening, acknowledgement, empathy, helpfulness and customer centricity.

Carrying ownership for every customer query.

Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing

customer needs.
