Job Description:
Are you an MBA graduate or a data-driven professional eager to shape strategic business decisions through analysis and insight? We’re looking for a Presales Associate to join our team in a non-voice, full-time role. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting sales strategies, qualifying leads, and enabling business growth through data-backed insights and strategic collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business data to identify trends, actionable insights, and growth opportunities.
• Qualify and verify leads via chat-based communication tools.
• Collaborate with leadership to support and execute strategic sales initiatives.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at process improvement and operational excellence.
• Prepare and present data-driven reports and presales recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in lead management or customer-facing roles such as Customer Relations Executive (CRE) is an advantage.
• Freshers with the right skill set are welcome to apply.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
