Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and references. Understand the customer’s requirements for interiors (modular kitchen, wardrobes, living room, etc.). Explain company services, design process, and key offerings in a convincing manner. Capture accurate customer details in CRM and maintain daily call reports. Schedule appointments or site visits for the sales/design team. Follow up with interested customers to convert inquiries into meetings. Maintain strong communication and rapport with leads until handover to sales team. Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and appointments. Skills & Requirements Ability to handle objections and engage customers confidently. Basic computer knowledge (CRM / Excel / WhatsApp / Email). Positive attitude and strong follow-up discipline.
