Pre-Primary Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily functioning of pre-primary classes (Nursery to UKG).
  

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activity plans.
  

• Support and train pre-primary teachers in classroom management and innovative teaching methods.
  

• Monitor teaching quality and ensure effective lesson delivery.
  

• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
  

• Coordinate with school management regarding parent communication, events, and academic planning.
  

• Organize and manage events, assemblies, and celebrations for the pre-primary section.
  

• Ensure safety, discipline, and a nurturing environment for all students.
  

• Maintain student progress reports and oversee assessment procedures.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Education / Early Childhood Education / Psychology (B.Ed. preferred).
  

• 3–5 years of teaching or coordination experience

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  

• Good command of English and ability to communicate effectively with staff and parents.
  

• Creative approach to teaching and curriculum planning.
