Role Overview: As a Tools Practice Lead - GTM, Analyst, Marketing at Wipro Limited, you will be primarily responsible for responding to RFIs/RFPs and proposing solutions in the domains of Digital IT Service Management, Service Assurance, and AIOps. Your role will involve engaging proactively with customers to understand their tool estates and pitch next-generation solution areas that deliver business value. You will collaborate with Solution Managers, Solution Architects, and Finance Managers to create solution documentation, pricing models, and appropriate presales collateral as part of RFI and RFP submissions based on stated requirements within the assigned team. Additionally, you will prepare and present AIOPS solutions to Wipro customers during onsite oral discussions, mutual value discovery sessions, ensuring alignment with Wipro's solution strategy or win themes. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to RFIs/RFPs and propose solutions in the areas of ITOM, ITSM, and ITAM, including Monitoring, Observability, AIOPS, Service Management, Asset Management, and Automation. - Create differentiated tool solutions using products such as Splunk AI ops, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, OpsRamp, Moogsoft AI ops, BMC, Microfocus, Microsoft, SolarWinds, Evolven, and others. - Ensure proactive engagement with customers to understand their tool estates and pitch next-generation solution areas that deliver business value. - Work with cross-functional teams to create solution documentation, pricing, and presales collateral for RFI and RFP submissions. - Lead discussions as a Tools Architect during due diligence, contract closures, and renewals, including compliance requirements and sign-off on technical Statements of Work (SOWs) specific to BSM and AIOPS. - Manage interactions with partners such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Moogsoft, HP, Microfocus, BMC, Microsoft, and ServiceNow. Qualifications Required: - Completion of necessary trainings and certifications. - Development of Proof of Concepts (POCs), case studies, demos, etc., for new growth areas based on market and customer research. - Presentation of a point of view of Wipro on solution design and architecture through white papers, blogs, etc. - Attainment of market references and recognition through analyst rankings, client testimonials, and partner credits. - Participation in forums as a voice of Wipro's Thought Leadership, both internally and externally. - Mentorship of developers, designers, and Junior architects for their career development and enhancement. - Contribution to the architecture practice through activities such as conducting selection interviews.
