The Engineer Intmd Analyst position is an intermediate level role where you will be responsible for various engineering activities such as designing, acquiring, and developing hardware, software, and network infrastructure in collaboration with the Technology team. Your main objective will be to ensure that quality standards are maintained within the existing and planned frameworks. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team. As an SRE, you will have a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our production systems. Your responsibilities will include automating tasks, enhancing monitoring and observability, and driving continuous improvement in our infrastructure and processes. This role provides a unique opportunity to merge software engineering expertise with operational focus, enabling you to have a direct impact on the availability and performance of our services. Your responsibilities will include: - Automating repetitive tasks in the production environment using scripting languages like Python and configuration management tools to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort. You will assess the impact of automation efforts on process improvement and man-hour savings. - Developing and maintaining monitoring and observability tools, connecting production applications with platforms like Splunk, ELK, AppDynamics, Evolven, or ITRS. You will set up alerts and dashboards to proactively identify and address potential issues, ensuring comprehensive system visibility. - Collaborating with development and operations teams to pinpoint automation opportunities and reduce manual tasks, fostering a culture of automation and continuous improvement. - Conducting thorough root cause analysis of production incidents, recognizing patterns and proposing solutions for permanent or temporary fixes. You will proactively identify potential issues and implement preventive measures. - Advocating for SRE best practices within the organization, promoting enhancements in monitoring, alerting, automation, and incident response processes. - Continuously learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in SRE. Qualifications required for this role include: - BSC/BE/ME/MSC/MCA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 3+ years of experience in a hands-on Site Reliability Engineering role with demonstrated accountability for delivering results. - Proficiency in Python or Angular. - Experience with at least one database technology: MongoDB, Oracle, or other RDBMS. - Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, ELK, AppDynamics, Evolven, ITRS, or similar platforms. Proven ability to configure alerts, dashboards, and onboard applications. - Strong scripting and automation skills, with a track record of automating tasks in a production environment. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills, with a keen eye for identifying patterns and root causes. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to challenge existing practices and advocate for improvements. Desirable skills for this role include experience with version control systems like GitHub or Bitbucket, as well as containerization technologies like Docker, OpenShift, or Kubernetes.,

About The Role : Primarily responsible for responding to RFIs/RFPs and proposing solutions in the domains of Digital IT Service Management, Service Assurance, and AIOps, encompassing infrastructure and application monitoring, event management, analytics, machine learning, automation, orchestration, server and network automation tools across Data Centre, Cloud, Network, and EUC towers. Engage proactively with customers, understand their tool estates, and pitch next-generation solution areas that deliver business value. Collaborate with Solution Managers, Solution Architects, and Finance Managers to create solution documentation, pricing models, and appropriate presales collateral as part of RFI and RFP submissions based on stated requirements within the assigned team. Prepare and present AIOPS solutions to Wipro customers during onsite oral discussions, mutual value discovery sessions, ensuring all messages are aligned with Wipro''s solution strategy or win themes. Review solutions for alignment with Wipro Pricing and Effort Estimation Models based on experience. Lead discussions as a Tools Architect during due diligence, contract closures, and renewals, including compliance requirements and sign-off on technical Statements of Work (SOWs) and service levels specific to BSM and AIOPS. Manage interactions with partners such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Moogsoft, HP, Microfocus, BMC, Microsoft, and ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities: Primarily responsible for responding to RFIs/RFPs and proposing solutions to customers in the areas of ITOM, ITSM, and ITAM (Monitoring, Observability, AIOPS, Service Management, Asset Management, and Automation). Create differentiated tool solutions powered by products such as Splunk AI ops, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, OpsRamp, Moogsoft AI ops, BMC, Microfocus, Microsoft, SolarWinds, Evolven, and others. Ensure proactive engagement with customers to understand their tool estates and pitch next-generation solution areas delivering business value. Work with Solution Managers, Solution Architects, and Finance Managers to enable the creation of solution documentation, pricing, and appropriate presales collateral as part of RFI and RFP submissions based on stated requirements within the assigned team. Prepare and present AIOPS solutions to Wipro customers during onsite oral discussions and mutual value discovery sessions ensuring all messages align with Wipros solution strategy or win themes.
