Practice Head - Gen AI

Technical Skills Mandatory

The Practice Lead who is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and growth of an organization’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design and Architecture

o Develop end-to-end AI/ML solution architectures, including data ingestion, model development, and deployment.

o Define and document AI architecture blueprints, best practices, and standards.

o Evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks, tools, and technologies for project requirements.

Practice Development

o Build and manage a team of AI specialists, data scientists, machine learning engineers, and other technical staff.

o Establish best practices, frameworks, and methodologies for AI project execution.

Project Oversight

o Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions.

o Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

o Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure the adoption of cutting-edge AI tools and techniques.

Technical Leadership

o Provide technical guidance to development teams on AI/ML implementation.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, and software developers, to deliver AI-driven solutions.

o Ensure that AI solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.

Innovation and Research

o Monitor emerging AI technologies, trends, and advancements to ensure the organization remains competitive.

o Promote the ethical use of AI and establish governance frameworks for responsible AI practices.

Technical Skills Optional

• Education

  : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

• Experience

  : 15+ years of experience in technology roles, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership positions.

• Technical Expertise

  :
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and LLM models.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms such as Lang Chain, Agentic Frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI solutions (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Azure AI).
• Hands on expertise in Prompt engineering, Prompt techniques like One Shot, Few Shot, ReAct..etc

• Leadership Skills

  : Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive complex projects.

• Communication Skills

  : Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence diverse stakeholders.
