PR & Media Strategy Executive

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic PR and media outreach plans to enhance organizational visibility and influence. Build and maintain strong relationships with political journalists, editors, and media outlets across Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, and Delhi. Craft compelling narratives and press releases that align with the organization’s goals and resonate with targeted media audiences. Monitor news cycles and conduct regular media analysis reports to inform strategic decisions. Prepare formal communication reports, strategic documents, and media plans to support campaigns and organizational initiatives. Provide crisis communication support and manage reputational risks through timely and effective media engagement. Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and ensure consistency across channels. Key Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Branding, or Marketing. Demonstrated media network, particularly with political journalists in AP, Hyderabad, or Delhi. Strong understanding of media dynamics and storytelling in political or public sector contexts. Proven ability to create strategic documents, formal reports, and in-depth media analysis. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English (Telugu proficiency is a plus). Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze media trends and craft effective messaging strategies. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Political Science, or related fields. Prior experience working in political consultancy, public affairs, or government-related communication projects.
