Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join as_ Parliament Constituency Managers (PCM), _focusing on building our clients’ presence within parliamentary constituencies and driving grassroots engagement. Ideal candidates will have project management experience and an understanding of constituency dynamics. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute constituency-specific outreach strategies. Coordinate with campaign teams to align activities. Build relationships with local influencers, stakeholders, and volunteers. Organize events to boost candidate visibility and voter engagement. Oversee campaign materials deployment for consistent visibility. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Political Science, Public Administration, Communications, or related field. 2+ years in project/field management or similar roles. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of constituency-level politics in Andhra Pradesh. Experience in political campaigns. Proficiency in Telugu.
