We’re looking for driven and dynamic professionals to join our team as Parliament Constituency Managers (PCM). In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for executing constituency-level strategies, building strong local networks, and ensuring consistent, on-ground campaign presence. Your work will directly shape political narratives and influence voter sentiment.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement tailored outreach strategies for assigned constituencies.
• Coordinate seamlessly with central campaign teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Build and maintain relationships with key local influencers, stakeholders, and volunteer networks.
• Plan and execute high-impact events that elevate candidate visibility and deepen voter engagement.
• Ensure timely and consistent deployment of campaign materials and messaging.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project or field management roles.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.
• Proficiency in Telugu.

Bonus Points For

• Deep understanding of constituency dynamics in Andhra Pradesh.
• Prior experience in political or election campaign environments.
