Job Description

As a Manager Public Relations at our organization, you will play a crucial role in nurturing a strong industry network, increasing brand awareness, and developing a compelling corporate image. Your responsibilities will include executing effective communication and media relations programs to engage target audiences and enhance the organization's reputation. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Leadership & Strategy:** - Lead PR departments and oversee a team of professionals. - Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance brand presence. - Set team objectives and monitor performance. - Build and maintain relationships with local and national media outlets. - Create and distribute press releases to secure high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media. - Manage media inquiries, interview requests, and monitor media coverage. - **Content & Communication:** - Craft compelling press releases, articles, and other communication materials. - Ensure brand consistency across all advertising and communication channels. - Develop the organization's corporate image and identity. - **Digital & Social Media Management:** - Direct social media teams to engage audiences on traditional and new media platforms. - Partner with luxury influencers and monitor the ROI of influencer collaborations. - Evaluate opportunities for sponsorships, partnerships, and advertising. - **Event Planning & Crisis Management:** - Organize PR events to boost company visibility and awareness. - Develop and execute crisis communication plans to protect the brand's reputation during crises. - **Relationship Building:** - Cultivate relationships with thought leaders and industry professionals to grow industry awareness. - Leverage existing networks and cultivate new business and media contacts. - **Analytics & Reporting:** - Monitor, analyze, and report PR results quarterly. - Stay updated on industry trends and provide recommendations to adjust communication strategies. **Qualifications:** - Post-graduate degree in Marketing or Public Relations. In addition, as a candidate for this role, you are expected to have strong connections with local and national business bodies, exceptional writing and editing skills, and a deep understanding of media relations and crisis communication.,
