Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative professional for the role of PR & Brand Partnerships Executive. The position is responsible for enhancing brand visibility by managing media relations, securing press coverage, developing offline collaborations, and executing PR events. The role requires close coordination with internal teams to maintain consistent brand communication across lifestyle and beauty platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media professionals.

Pitch brand stories, product launches, and campaigns to secure regular and high-quality media coverage.

Plan, organize, and execute offline PR events, press meets, and media visits.

Identify and manage offline collaborations, co-branded activities, and brand partnerships.

Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure aligned PR messaging.

Track and monitor media coverage, compile PR performance reports, and analyze visibility metrics.

Enhance brand presence across lifestyle, fashion, and beauty publications.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging media opportunities, and competitor activities.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in Public Relations, Brand Partnerships, or Media Communications.

Proven ability to plan and execute PR strategies and manage events end-to-end.

Established media relationships with top-tier publications and journalists.

Strong connections with leading lifestyle and beauty magazines such as Vogue India, Cosmopolitan India, Femina, Elle India, and Grazia India.

Experience managing press releases, influencer collaborations, and brand activations.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
