We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency helping brands expand their presence online and offline. We are looking for a dynamic PR & Sales Executive who can build strong public relations, generate business opportunities, and help us grow our client base in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients in Pune for digital marketing services.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with businesses, media professionals, and influencers.
• Pitch, present, and close sales for digital marketing, PR, and branding services.
• Actively participate in networking events, meetups, and local business communities to generate leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create PR strategies and execute client campaigns.
• Draft and share proposals, quotations, and client communication.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and update client database, track sales pipeline, and prepare reports for management.

Key Requirements:

• Must be based in Pune with strong local contacts and networking ability.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales/PR/Business Development (preferably in Digital Marketing, Media, or Advertising). Freshers with excellent communication and strong network can also apply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Ability to understand and sell digital marketing & PR services effectively.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in client handling.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, or online sales tools will be an added advantage.
