We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Education Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling potential students , generating leads , and converting inquiries into successful admissions . You will act as the first point of contact for students, helping them understand our courses, guiding them through the enrollment process, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls to potential students from given or self-sourced databases Generate qualified leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails , and other communication tools Explain course details, benefits, and career outcomes to prospective students Follow up with interested leads consistently and maintain strong engagement Convert leads into enrollments/admissions through effective counselling Maintain and update lead records, status, and interactions in CRM or Excel Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure accurate course information Handle queries, objections, and concerns with clarity and professionalism Participate in regular training, mock calls, and pitch improvement sessions Key Skills & Requirements: 1+ years of experience in counselling, telecalling, or sales roles Excellent communication and persuasion skills Strong ability to connect with students and parents over calls Target-driven with a passion for helping others Ability to handle pressure and rejection positively Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹11,401.14 - ₹25,464.13 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
