BIM Trainer (Freelancer)

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Freelance BIM (Building Information Modeling) Instructor to deliver high-quality training sessions to students or professionals. The ideal candidate should be proficient in leading BIM tools like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and should have hands-on industry experience to ensure learners gain real-world insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and structured online or in-person training sessions on BIM concepts and tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Develop curriculum, training materials, case studies, and practical project exercises.
• Customize training programs based on learner needs (beginners to advanced levels).
• Evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and feedback sessions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and software updates.
• Provide support and clarification during and after sessions via email, LMS, or other platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in BIM-related roles.
• Proven teaching, mentoring, or training experience (formal or informal).
• Proficiency in BIM tools such as:

Autodesk Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure)
NavisworksAutoCADBIM 360 (bonus)

• Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse learners.

Compensation:

Negotiable – Based on experience, sessions, and engagement type.
