BIM Trainer (Freelancer)

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Freelance BIM Trainer to deliver professional training in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows. You will be responsible for teaching software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and providing real-world project insights to aspiring architects, engineers, and design professionals.

This is a flexible, freelance position ideal for working professionals who enjoy mentoring and sharing industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct online or offline training sessions on BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.).
• Develop and deliver structured lesson plans, assignments, and project-based learning modules.
• Guide students through hands-on modeling exercises and provide constructive feedback.
• Assess learner progress and provide mentoring for portfolio and interview readiness.
• Stay updated with BIM trends, workflows, tools, and certifications.
• Collaborate with the academic or content team to improve training materials if required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in BIM modeling and workflows.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching, training, or mentoring (formal/informal).
• Expertise in:

Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP)
Navisworks (Clash Detection, Coordination)AutoCAD

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and support learners of all skill levels.

Work Schedule:

• Flexible hours — sessions scheduled as per mutual availability
• Weekend and evening slots may be available
• Compensation: Per session/hour-based remuneration (discussed during the interview)
