BIM Modeler

We are looking for a passionate and experienced BIM Trainer with hands-on skills in BIM modeling to join our growing team in Pune. While your primary responsibility will be training students in BIM tools and workflows, you will also contribute to live modeling tasks as required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both teaching and working on real-world BIM projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Primary – Training (70% Focus):

• Conduct in-person training sessions for students on Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP), Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Develop training materials, lesson plans, project assignments, and assessments.
• Guide students through project-based learning and portfolio creation.
• Track student progress and provide regular feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends and enhance training modules accordingly.

Secondary – Modeling (30% Focus):

• Assist in live BIM projects as a supporting modeler.
• Create Revit models, families, sheets, and schedules as per design specifications.
• Perform basic clash detection and support the modeling team as needed.
• Help maintain quality and accuracy in model deliverables.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be currently based in Pune or willing to relocate immediately (applications from other locations will not be considered).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in BIM training or mentoring (formal/informal).
• Strong practical knowledge of:

Autodesk Revit (mandatory)
AutoCADNavisworks (basic level acceptable)

• Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to simplify and explain technical topics to students clearly.
