Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site BIM Modeler position located in Tiruchirappalli. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models, collaborating with architects and engineers, and producing construction drawings. The role will involve coordinating with construction teams, ensuring design accuracy, and adhering to industry standards while working on diverse projects such as commercial buildings and high-rise structures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and techniques
• Knowledge of architecture and construction processes, including familiarity with creating and interpreting construction drawings
• Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems related to building design and modeling
• Strong understanding of design and engineering principles for façade and structural elements
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with high-rise, commercial, or mixed-use projects is a plus
