BIM Modeler

Role Overview: HAIDA GREEN ENGINEERING is seeking a BIM Modeler to join their team in Cochin, Kerala. As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for converting CAD drawings to BIM models with precision, managing models for MEP systems, coordinating with design teams, maintaining project standards, and ensuring model quality. Key Responsibilities: - Convert CAD drawings to BIM models accurately and efficiently. - Develop and manage models up to LOD 400500 for MEP systems. - Coordinate with design and engineering teams for model integration and clash resolution. - Maintain Revit families, templates, and project standards. - Ensure model quality and compliance with company and client BIM protocols. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of BIM Modelling experience in MEP projects. - Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. - Good understanding of BIM execution plans (BEP) and MEP coordination workflows. - Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
