Together, we strive to inspire change and create a better future. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler based in Vishakhapatnam. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) designs, developing detailed construction drawings, and ensuring coordination across multiple disciplines. The role involves collaborating with architects, MEP professionals, and engineers to support various stages of the project lifecycle. Qualifications Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience as a Modeler Knowledge of Architecture and the ability to work on Construction Drawings Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems Strong technical and design skills, with attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Familiarity with relevant modeling software and tools Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is an advantage
