Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site BIM Modeler role based in Ahmedabad. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate 3D models using the latest software tools, collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors for effective design coordination. Job responsibilities include creating construction drawings, conducting clash detection, working on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and expertise in creating detailed 3D models
• Knowledge and experience in Architecture, Structure, MEP and Construction Drawings
• Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration in models
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Proficiency in Autodesk software, especially Revit, AutoCAD, and related tools
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields
• Previous experience in the construction or AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is a plus
