We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency helping brands build strong presence through innovative campaigns, PR strategies, and digital solutions. We are looking for a motivated PR & Sales Executive who can combine relationship-building with sales skills to grow our client base in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for PR and digital marketing services in Pune.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, media professionals, and influencers.
• Pitch, present, and close deals for services like PR, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Ads, Branding, and Website Development.
• Plan and support PR campaigns, events, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Understand client needs, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts effectively.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain and update client database, track sales pipeline, and prepare reports.
• Represent the company at meetings, events, and business networking forums.

Key Requirements:

• Must be based in Pune with good local contacts/network.
• 1–3 years of experience in PR, Sales, or Business Development (preferably in Digital Marketing, Media, or Advertising). Freshers with excellent communication may also apply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Ability to confidently explain PR and digital marketing services to clients.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
