PPC Specialist

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist (PPC Expert) to manage multiple projects and clients, delivering exceptional results in digital advertising. The ideal candidate should excel in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising platforms, driving ROI and achieving client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management:

• Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Optimize campaigns for performance, including cost-per-click (CPC), click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.

1. Client Collaboration:

• Understand client requirements and objectives, translating them into actionable advertising strategies.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.

1. Budget Management:

• Manage and allocate monthly budgets of ₹5-10L. or more efficiently.
• Monitor spending to ensure alignment with client KPIs.

1. Performance Optimization:

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for campaign improvement.
• A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.

1. Platform Expertise:

• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and features of advertising platforms.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and best practices.

1. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with creative and content teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience with a focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage monthly ad spends of at least ₹5 LPA.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to multitask and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other relevant platforms.
• Experience with remarketing, programmatic advertising, and audience segmentation.
