Location: Mohali, Punjab | Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Mon–Fri)
Shift: Night Shift (Cab facility & meals provided)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated PPC Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads & other channels
• Perform keyword research, A/B testing, and landing page analysis
• Monitor, analyze & report campaign performance – CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
• Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to align ad strategy with business goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation for maximum ROI

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of proven experience in managing PPC campaigns
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong analytical skills & proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking tools
• Ability to create, monitor, and report performance metrics
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
