Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled PPC Executive with 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing high-performance PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and major social media platforms.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven digital marketer who excels in campaign analysis, automation, AI-driven optimization, and ROI-focused strategy execution. You will be responsible for developing paid advertising strategies, improving account performance, and contributing to the company's overall digital marketing growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Perform continuous campaign optimization, including keyword research, bid adjustments, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, Quality Score, and Conversion Rates to ensure campaign efficiency.
  • Utilize AI-based tools and automation strategies to enhance campaign targeting and maximize results.
  • Implement remarketing, display, and video advertising strategies to improve brand visibility and conversions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, landing pages, and campaign assets.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research to identify performance opportunities.
  • Track, measure, and report campaign KPIs with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage budgets efficiently while ensuring maximum ROI and optimal cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Assist with conversion tracking setup, analytics implementation, and performance audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on PPC management experience across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and major social platforms.
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising strategies, keyword planning, bidding models, and conversion funnels.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and other performance analytics tools.
  • Experience with automation tools, AI-driven optimization platforms, and smart bidding strategies.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets, interpret insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting ad copies and reporting.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Additional Valuable Attributes

  • Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, or Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce marketing, lead generation funnels, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
  • Experience with landing page optimization tools such as Unbounce, Elementor, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Understanding of customer behavior analytics and attribution modeling (e.g., multi-touch, data-driven models).
  • Creative thinking combined with a strong analytical mindset to balance performance with innovation.
  • Proactive approach to staying updated with industry changes, algorithm updates, and emerging PPC technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹181,963.85 - ₹667,582.98 per year
