Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled PPC Expert with a strong background in SEO to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, analytical, and results-oriented, with a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience 3+ years
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information and insights to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful PPC strategies, including keyword research, campaign optimization, and A/B testing.
• In-depth understanding of SEM (Search Engine Marketing) principles and best practices.
• Experience with bid management tools, analytics platforms, and ad tracking systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Google Ads certification and other relevant certifications (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) preferred.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to integrate PPC and SEO strategies and maximize results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies across multiple digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign setup to ensure optimal performance and ROI.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, identifying trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC efforts with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to drive innovation and performance improvements.
• Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage PPC budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and maximum ROI.
• Stay abreast of changes in the digital landscape and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain competitiveness and effectiveness.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development in PPC expertise.
