Role Description

Performance Marketing Executive

Daily tasks include:

• Campaign Execution:

  Setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns across ( Meta Ads ,Google Ads).

• Budget & Bidding Strategy:

  Managing marketing budgets and developing sophisticated bidding strategies to maximize campaign efficiency.

• A/B Testing:

  Designing and executing A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates.

• Performance Analysis:

  Analyzing campaign data, generating detailed performance reports, and providing data-driven recommendations.

• Collaboration:

  Working closely with the Content, SEO, and Sales teams to ensure a seamless and high-converting user journey.

Qualifications

• Educational Requirement:

  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Certification:

  Must possess a recognized

  Performance Marketing Certificate

  (e.g., from Google, Meta, or a reputable digital marketing institution).

• Experience Level:

  Ideal for a motivated

  recent graduate

  or someone with 3-6 months of relevant internship

• Foundational Knowledge:

  Solid understanding of key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and experience with bid management.

• Platform Proficiency:

  Familiarity with major advertising platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).

• Analytical Skills:

  Strong ability to analyze data in platforms like Google Analytics and translate metrics into actionable insights.

• Communication:

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
