Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across 

    Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn

    .
  • Design and manage 

    high-converting landing pages

     aligned with campaign goals.
  • Develop and execute 

    end-to-end lead generation strategies

     for B2B and B2C markets.
  • Perform 

    audience segmentation, competitor research, and keyword analysis

     to maximize campaign relevance.
  • Create 

    ad creatives, copy, and CTAs

     that resonate with the target audience.
  • Implement and monitor 

    conversion tracking

     using Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and platform pixels.
  • Conduct 

    A/B testing

     on ads and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.
  • Manage budgets to ensure 

    low cost per lead (CPL) and high ROI

    .
  • Deliver 

    weekly and monthly reports

     with actionable insights.


Scope of Work

Google Ads

  • Search, Display & YouTube Ads setup and optimization.
  • Smart bidding, remarketing, and lead form extensions.
  • Targeted campaigns for high-intent keywords.


Facebook Ads (Meta)

  • Audience targeting: lookalike, interest, and behavior-based.
  • Conversion and remarketing campaigns.
  • Creative testing with multiple ad formats (video, carousel, instant experience).


LinkedIn Ads

  • Account-based targeting by job role, industry, and company size.
  • Sponsored content, InMail, and lead gen forms.
  • Focused B2B lead generation campaigns.


Landing Page Creation & Optimization

  • Design 

    conversion-optimized landing pages

     (clear CTAs, lead forms, trust signals).
  • Integrate CRM/marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Run 

    heatmap and analytics analysis

     to improve user journey.


Lead Generation Strategy

  • Build 

    multi-channel lead funnels

     (paid ads + retargeting + landing pages).
  • Create 

    lead magnets

     (eBooks, guides, webinars, free trials).
  • Optimize lead nurturing through 

    email automation & remarketing campaigns

    .


Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up performance dashboards (Google Data Studio/Looker).
  • Track CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous scaling.
