Job Description

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and YouTube
campaigns focused on lead generation
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and ensure achievement of CPL (Cost Per Lead)
and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) targets
  • Analyze lead quality and continuously refine targeting, keywords, and ad creatives
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams for effective ad creatives and
conversion-optimized landing pages
  • Set up and manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns to re-engage potential
buyers
  • Track lead sources, integrate with call tracking and WhatsApp click-to-chat features
for performance attribution
  • Work closely with the sales team to align on lead quality, feedback, and booking
conversion insights
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends
1–4 years of hands-on experience in PPC and digital lead generation (real estate

Experience Preferred)

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and basic understanding of analytics
tools (GA4, Tag Manager)
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, campaign funnels, and A/B testing
  • Experience working with real estate CRMs, landing page builders, and third-party
lead portals (e.g., 99acres, MagicBricks) is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on performance metrics
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work in a team-driven, fast-paced
environment
  • Must have own laptop
