💰 Salary Range: INR 30,000 – 40,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a performance-driven PPC Executive to manage and optimize high-budget ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling daily budgets of INR 20,000 or more across multiple client accounts, with a strong understanding of UI/UX principles to support landing page design, content strategy, and creative direction.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

2.Manage and scale multiple ad accounts with daily spends of INR 20,000+

3.Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategies, and A/B testing

4.Monitor campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights

5.Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and videos

6.Provide UI/UX suggestions for landing pages and lead generation funnels to maximize conversion rates

7.Stay updated with the latest platform policies, ad formats, and performance trends

8.Coordinate with clients or internal stakeholders for approvals, feedback, and performance reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1.Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads

2.Proven track record of managing INR 20,000+ daily ad spend across multiple campaigns

3.Strong knowledge of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)

4.Working experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel

5.Proficient in creating high-performing ad copies and creatives

6.Experience with UI/UX best practices for landing page optimization

7.Basic knowledge of tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe XD, or similar

8.Understanding of video ad creation workflows and collaboration with creative teams

Preferred Qualifications:

1.Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications

2.Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Google Scripts)

3.Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or WordPress

4.Familiarity with heatmap tools like Hotjar or Crazy Egg
