1 Coordinate with sales/top management to product planning projection for forecast/SO/R&D

2 Develop and implement detailed production schedules to meet customer orders and forecasted demand.

3 Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products

4 Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay

5 Determine Contractor manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand

6 Prepare and submit status and performance reports Daily basis ( MIS )

7 Collaborate with Purchase,quality control, Store and other staff

8 Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as required to account for changes in demand or production delays.

9 Ensure the timely availability of raw materials, components, and tools to prevent delays in production.

10 Ensure optimal utilization of machines, and materials to meet production targets.

11 Coordinate with procurement, inventory management, and suppliers to ensure continuous production flow.

12 Monitor stock levels to ensure that there are no shortages or excess materials.

13 Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and any changes made to production plans.

14 Suggest and implement improvements to increase production efficiency and reduce costs.

Require Specializations Experience Having knowledge of Machine manufacturing company

Excellent knowledge of production planning principles

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication abilities

Other Key Skills & explain the kind of relevant experience 1 Planning as per Bill of Material

2 Costing of Parts and Product

3 Strong organizational and time management abilities.

4 Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.

IT Require Skill (Special Software)
1 M.S.Office

2 Proficiency in ERP software and MS Excel.
