Role Summary

Power Platform / Power Apps Developer

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy

  Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven apps)

  and

  Power Automate workflows

  to automate business processes.
• Build and maintain

  custom connectors, Power BI dashboards, and reports

  integrated with Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to

  gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices

  in app development.
• Ensure solutions are

  secure, scalable, and maintainable

  , following Microsoft Power Platform governance guidelines.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with

  Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party APIs

  .
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and support deployment across environments.
• Contribute to

  documentation, solution architecture, and training materials

  for end users.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience

  developing solutions on

  Microsoft Power Platform

  , including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in

  Canvas and Model-Driven Apps

  , including custom forms, business rules, and automation workflows.
• Experience with

  Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and integration with Dynamics 365 / Microsoft 365 services

  .
• Familiarity with

  Power Platform administration, security roles, and governance practices

  .
• Knowledge of

  API integration, custom connectors, and Azure services

  is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with

  AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents, and advanced automation

  capabilities.
• Exposure to

  solution architecture, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and CI/CD pipelines

  for Power Platform.
• Knowledge of

  TypeScript, JavaScript, or C#

  for extending Power Apps functionality.
• Familiarity with

  Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance standards
