Job Description

Are you ready to build apps, automate workflows, and turn data into powerful insights? We’re looking for enthusiastic and curious minds to join our Power Platform Trainee Program at OP India (Hyderabad or Chennai). This is a full-time program designed for fresh grads or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to kick-start their careers in Power Apps, Power BI, and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem while working on impactful, real-world projects.

What You’ll Do

As a Power Platform Trainee, you’ll:

Build simple apps in Power Apps to solve business problems.
Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
Automate tasks using Power Automate.
Work with SQL/Dataverse/SharePoint to manage and connect data.
Collaborate with teams to test, fix, and improve apps and reports.

What You Bring

We’re looking for passionate individuals who:

Have basic skills in Power Apps and Power BI.
Understand data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
Familiar with SQL fundamentals and how to connect data sources.
(Bonus) Exposure to Power Automate and Azure/SharePoint.
Bring problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork.
