Purpose of the Role Build and Maintain Power Platform solutions such as user-friendly dashboards, apps, and automated flows to improve P&C efficiency and insight delivery. Job Summary The incumbent in the role will designs and builds custom Power Apps and low-code tools, taking full responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of all Power Platform solutions. Leverages backend data models and pipelines to create scalable, user-friendly tools and dashboards. Technical Expertise & Core Competencies Proficient in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, with a solid foundation in database concepts and architecture. Strong eye for design, usability, and data visualization, ensuring insights are intuitive, actionable, and user-friendly. Highly agile and iterative in approach, able to rapidly prototype and refine solutions based on continuous stakeholder feedback. Skilled in stakeholder management, fostering strong partnerships across functions and levels. Effective communicator with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, impactful narratives. A collaborative team player, comfortable navigating matrixed environments and driving cross-functional outcomes.
