Power Platform Specialist Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Specialist to design, develop, and implement Power Apps, Power Automate, Data Verse, and Power BI solutions to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and business intelligence. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Power Platform, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Power Apps Design and develop custom Power Apps solutions to meet business requirements. Integrate Power Apps with various data sources, such as SharePoint, Dynamics, and SQL Server. Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide training and support. Power Automate Design and develop automated workflows using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow). Integrate Power Automate with various applications and services, such as Office 365, Dynamics, and Azure. Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide training and support. Data Verse Design and implement data models and entities in Data Verse (formerly Common Data Service). Integrate Data Verse with various data sources, such as Dynamics, SharePoint, and SQL Server. Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational security and governance policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide training and support. Power BI Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements. Integrate Power BI with various data sources, such as Dynamics, SharePoint, and SQL Server. Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide training and support. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 4+ years of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Data Verse, and Power BI. Strong understanding of the Power Platform, including its capabilities, limitations, and best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with Azure, Dynamics, and SharePoint. Knowledge of data modelling, data warehousing, and business intelligence. Certification in Power Apps, Power Automate, Data Verse, or Power BI. Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and services. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
