Mandatory Skills : Power Platform
• Lead the end-to-end architecture and delivery of Power Platform solutions tailored to CPG business processes, including sales, supply chain, marketing, trade promotions, and retail execution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand CPG-specific challenges and translate them into scalable low-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Design and implement data models and integrations between Power Platform and core enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Azure, Salesforce, TPM tools).
• Develop solutions for field force automation, distributor management, demand forecasting dashboards, and inventory visibility using Power Platform.
• Govern and enforce platform standards, reusable components, and best practices to ensure performance, security, and maintainability at scale.
• Architect and implement workflows that optimize processes like product launches, promotions tracking, claims processing, and retailer onboarding.
• Integrate Power Platform with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) and Microsoft 365 tools to drive collaboration and automation.
• Guide the CPG business units on Power Platform capabilities, conduct solution workshops, and drive user adoption across commercial and operational teams.
• Define and implement governance, security policies, and application lifecycle management (ALM) for Power Platform at enterprise scale.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of developers, analysts, and business users in agile environments.
