  • Support prototype builds, laboratory validation, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and systems engineering teams to integrate designs into final products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve design or production issues related to power hardware.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of design, testing, and validation processes.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).

Experience:

  • 3–7 years of experience in power electronics design and development.
  • Proven track record in converter/inverter design for [e.g., renewable energy, EVs, industrial power supplies, motor drives].

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with circuit simulation tools (LTspice, PLECS, PSIM, MATLAB/Simulink).
  • Experience with hardware design tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of power semiconductors, magnetics, control systems, and thermal management.
  • Familiarity with digital control implementation (DSP, FPGA, or microcontroller platforms).
  • Knowledge of relevant standards (IEC, UL, IEEE) and safety requirements for power systems
