Key Responsibilities: Source and procure electrical and electronics components from local and international suppliers Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms Manage supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance Handle import/export documentation, customs clearance, and international logistics Collaborate with engineering, warehouse, and finance teams to meet project timelines Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock Requirements: 4+ years of experience in procurement of electrical/electronic components Strong knowledge of global supply chain, logistics, and Incoterms Familiarity with import/export documentation and regulatory compliance Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills ERP system experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) Degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
Key Responsibilities Jira Management: Configure and maintain Jira boards, workflows, issue types, and custom fields tailored for R&D stages like schematic design, prototyping, and testing. Agile Facilitation: Lead Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and coach teams on Agile best practices. Backlog & Reporting: Collaborate with Product Owners to groom the backlog. Use Jira to generate reports (velocity, burndown) and update stakeholders via dashboards. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and remove project impediments and dependencies. Requirements Experience: 3+ years as a Scrum Master in technical/R&D environments. Jira Expertise: Strong hands-on experience configuring complex Jira setups. Technical Background: Understanding of power electronics or embedded systems development. Certifications: CSM or PSM certification required. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Education Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
