Job Summary

P2 Power Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated recent B.Tech Freshers graduate to join our team as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in the Sales & Marketing department. This role is designed to bridge the gap between engineering expertise and commercial acumen. You will undergo intensive training to understand our power solutions products and services, and learn how to effectively market and sell them to a technical clientele. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong communication skills and a passion for technology and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities & Role Description:*

As a trainee, your responsibilities will evolve as you gain experience. Initially, you will focus on learning, with gradual increases in customer-facing and independent work.

1. Technical Learning & Product Mastery:*

* Learn to read and understand technical documents, datasheets, and customer inquiry documents (tenders, RFQs).

* Accompany senior engineers to client sites, factories, and project locations to gain practical product knowledge.

*2. Sales Support & Lead Generation:*

* Assist the sales team in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

* Support in creating Bill of Materials (BOMs) and cost estimations.

* Research and identify potential new customers and market segments using online directories, industry reports, and social media (especially LinkedIn).

*3. Marketing Support:*

* Assist in developing marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies, technical white papers, and presentation decks.

* Support digital marketing efforts by providing technical content for the company website, social media channels, and email campaigns.

* Help in organizing and participating in webinars, trade shows, and industry exhibitions.
