Position: Power Electronics & DSP Engineer
Experience: 36 YearsLocation: PuneIndustry: Renewable Energy, Power Electronics | Solar InvertersQualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/B. Sci/ M. Sci in Power Electronics / Electrical / Electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and optimize AC-DC, DC-AC power stages (boost MPPT, Inverter Bridge, LCL filter, EMI).
* Develop inverter control algorithms using DSP (TI C2000 / NXP or similar).* Implement MPPT, PLL synchronization, PWM control, PID loops, fault protection and grid standards.* Design and simulate using LTspice / PLECS / MATLAB / PSIM.* Select magnetics, MOSFETs/IGBTs, gate drivers, sensors, LCL filters, protection circuits.* Work with PCB engineers for high-power layout (CM/DM EMI, creepage/clearance, grounding).* Support certification (IEC 62109, 61727, 61000 EMC) and field testing.* Collaborate with firmware/QA teams for product validation.

Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of power topologies: Boost, H-Bridge, 3-Phase Inverter, PFC, LLC (bonus).* DSP/MCU programming (C/C++): TI C2000, NXP, or similar. Experience with:* MPPT (Perturb && Observe, INC)* PLL (SRF-PLL, Virtual Flux)* PWM (SVM, SPWM)* Voltage/Current loop control (PI/PID)* LCL filter design and grid synchronization.* Gate driver circuits, isolation, sensing (Hall/CT/Shunt).* EMI/EMC, surge, short-circuit, thermal and system protection.* Hands-on experience in oscilloscopes, power analyzers, HV testing.
