Power-BI – Senior Programmer Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Power-BI skilled as a Senior Programmer Analyst.

Technical Expertise

• Experience should have 3 to 5 years of Data Analytics on Power-BI.
• Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling concepts.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience in handling large datasets and performance optimization.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Tableau dashboards and reporting.
• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Familiarity with Azure / AWS / GCP.
• Understanding on the SDLC.
• Understanding on the Agile methodologies.
• Communication with customer and producing the Daily status report.
• Should have good oral and written communication.
• Should be a good team player.
• Should be proactive and adaptive.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and publish interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop data models, DAX calculations, and data visualizations for business use cases.
• Optimize Power BI reports for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Implement row-level security (RLS) and data security standards.
• Integrate Power BI with different data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, Cloud, etc.).
• Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and business alignment.
• Provide user training and support on Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Stay up to date with Power BI and BI industry trends.
