senior Power BI Developer

This role requires expertise in DAX, Power Query, and enterprise-grade data visualization practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build
Power BI reports, datasets, and semantic models
.
Optimize report performance, refresh schedules, and DAX expressions.
Collaborate with Data Engineers to define efficient data structures and relationships.
Implement role-based security, RLS, and workspace governance.
Translate business requirements into intuitive, actionable dashboards.

Required Skills & Experience:

6–9 years of experience in
Power BI or equivalent BI platforms
.
Strong command of
DAX, Power Query (M), SQL
, and data modeling.
Hands-on experience with
Power BI Service, Fabric, or Azure Data sources
.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholder requests.
Experience in enterprise BI environments with performance and governance focus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with
SSAS / Tabular Models
,
Power Automate
, or
Azure Synapse
.
Understanding of data storytelling and UX design for BI.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
