Job Title: Power BI Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports that provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong data modeling skills, proficiency in DAX, and experience in integrating data from multiple sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Create data models and relationships to support efficient reporting.
• Write advanced DAX queries to calculate business metrics.
• Connect Power BI to various data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Optimize reports for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
• Implement data security, row-level security (RLS), and scheduled refreshes.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain documentation for all BI processes and solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong understanding of DAX, Power Query (M Language), and data modeling principles.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with ETL processes and tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in integrating Power BI with SharePoint, Teams, or other collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Power BI: 3 years (Required)
