Job Title: Power BI Developer – 5-6 years’ experience Who are we? How can you fuel this journey and make it faster? We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with strong analytical, collaborative, and technical skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating impactful data visualizations, advanced dashboards, comprehensive paginated reports, and managing Power BI administration tasks, empowering data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and data visualization reports. Develop complex DAX measures and calculations to deliver insightful analysis. Create paginated reports tailored for various stakeholders within the organization. Collaborate effectively with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to understand and deliver data warehousing requirements. Connect, model, and transform data from Snowflake and other relational databases (SQL) to create seamless data integration. Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power BI reports for improved performance and accuracy. Implement and maintain data security standards within the Power BI environment. Administer Power BI Service, managing workspace permissions, gateway connections, and scheduled refreshes. Required Skills 5-6 years of professional experience with Power BI. Advanced proficiency in DAX for complex calculations and measures. Strong experience in developing interactive data visualization dashboards and paginated reports. Solid understanding and practical knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Experience with Snowflake data warehouse platform. Deep knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts, including data modeling and schema design. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Experience with Power BI administration, including managing security, workspaces, and data refresh schedules. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Experience with ETL processes and data integration. Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis. Familiarity with data engineering concepts and cloud-based platforms. Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts and applications. What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
