The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power BI Service MS Power BI MS Excel Database and SQL along with domain experience in Payer. This role involves creating impactful data solutions that drive business decisions and enhance operational efficiency. The candidate will work in a day shift with no travel requirements. 3. Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements. - Utilize MS Power BI to transform raw data into meaningful insights. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation checks. - Optimize SQL queries to improve performance and efficiency of data retrieval. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power BI and SQL-related issues. - Design and implement data models that align with business objectives. - Conduct data analysis using MS Excel to identify trends and patterns. - Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs. - Document data processes and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and visualization. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management practices within the organization. - Support the development of data-driven strategies that enhance the companys competitive edge. -Qualifications - Possess strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. - Demonstrate proficiency in Power BI Service and MS Power BI for data visualization. - Have a solid understanding of SQL and database management. - Exhibit advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis. - Show experience in the Payer domain understanding its specific data requirements. - Display excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 9.
