Job Title : Postgresql DBA Key Skills : PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Amazon Aurora, AWS Locations : Chennai Experience : 6-8 Years Education Qualification : Any Graduation Work Mode : Hybrid Employment Type : Contract to Hire Notice Period : Immediate - 10 Days Job Description: 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Database Engineer or Senior DBA with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Amazon Aurora. Deep expertise in relational/NoSQL data modeling, indexing, sharding, and replication. Proven track record of architecting large-scale, highly available database systems supporting microservices. Strong scripting skills (Python, or Bash) for automation, monitoring, and data migration tasks. Extensive experience with AWS managed services Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform) and database migration/versioning frameworks Solid understanding of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD tooling (GitLab CI), and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent communicator capable of influencing cross-functional teams and presenting to senior leadership. Willingness to work overlapping EST hours for real-time collaboration. Show more Show less
