Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle clients queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics, service) to resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure timely follow up with clients for feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of clients interactions, transactions, and service requests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Prepare and share after-sales reports with the management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an After Sales Executive, Customer Service Executive, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Client Handling: 1 year (Preferred)
