Job Description

The Post Operation Manager at Lytegen is responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service after the completion of their projects. This position focuses on managing post-project processes including warranty, maintenance, and customer relationship management. You will play a vital role in orchestrating a smooth transition for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they have a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify opportunities for improving our post-operation services.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all post-operation activities related to customer support
Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate warranty service operations and maintenance schedules

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in operations or customer service
