Job Description

You will be part of a dedicated practice at PwC known as DDV (Delivering Deal Value) which focuses on Post-Merger Integration, Carve-out Management, and Pre-deal Operational Assessment & Synergy Planning. Your responsibilities will include leading and independently managing projects related to Post Merger Integration, Carve-out, and Operational assessment. You will interact with leadership/ CXOs at clients, manage multiple stakeholders, drive business development initiatives, and lead PwC teams. It is essential for you to have an MBA from a reputed institution or be a CA with 6 to 8 years of post-qualification experience. Experience in PMI/ Carve-out/ operational assessment work is a must, along with desirable experiences in Synergy assessment, Program/ Project Management, and leading cross-functional transformation programs. Good communication and presentation skills, fluency in Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to work effectively in large teams are necessary. Your responsibilities as an Assistant Manager in Deals (DDV) will involve contributing to Post Merger Integration, Carve-out, and Operational assessment projects. You will interact with client teams at multiple levels, support business development initiatives, and practice management. A reputed MBA institution or CA qualification with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience is required. Desirable experience includes PMI/ Carve-out/ operational assessment, Strategy and Synergy assessment, Program/ Project Management, and consulting experience in functional areas like HR, Finance, and MIS. Good communication skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to collaborate effectively in large teams are essential. As an Associate in Deals (DDV), your responsibilities will include contributing to Post Merger Integration, Carve-out, and Operational assessment projects. You may need to interact with client teams at various levels and support business development initiatives. A reputed MBA institution or CA qualification with 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience is necessary. Desirable experience includes PMI/ Carve-out/ operational assessment, Operational due diligence, Strategy and Synergy assessment, and Program/ Project Management. Additionally, industry experience in areas like HR, Finance, Operations, and IT is advantageous. Good communication skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to collaborate effectively in large teams are must-haves.,
